NJ CAR hosted an Employment Update webinar focused on COVID-related issues on Monday, February 8th.

Today’s webinar will feature Douglas Solomon from Genova Burns, who will discuss relevant COVID updates dealers should be aware of, including Executive Order 192, the important of having a comprehensive written COVID protocol, as well as revised guidance from OSHA, CDC, New Jersey and the Biden Administration.
Dina Matellone and Brigette Eagan, both from Genova Burns, spoke at length about issues dealers need to consider when developing a COVID vaccination program, including exemptions.
