Frances “Fran” Nalbone, NJ CAR Services Customer Service Representative, was honored at the Coalition’s November 28th Board of Trustees Meeting for her 40years of service to NJ CAR.Fran began her career at NJ CAR in 1972, when there were just a dozen employees. She’s seen the dealer ranks shrink and NJ CAR member service programs grow over the last four decades.Fran works in the Services operation, handling customer calls and accounts.
