It is with deep sadness and a sense of loss that we report the passing of John “Richard” Mee, a principal in Liberty Toyota Scion in Burlington and former NJCAR Trustee. Richard was also active in the South Jersey Auto Retailers Association (SJARA). Richard is survived by his wife, Kimberly; his children, Alicia Mee, Renee Mee and Dan Trapp; his granddaughter, Jocelyn Trapp; his mother, Betty Jean Mee; and his brothers, Craig, Jimmy and Raymond Mee. Richard was an enthusiastic outdoorsman who loved his family and enjoyed traveling. He loved flying and was a member of the Red Star Formation Group, a 15 member aerobatic group. Rich was learning formation flying with Red Star Formation Group prior to his passing. When he wasn’t working or flying, Rich could be seen on the golf course, riding his Harley Davidson, or on the water riding a jet ski or piloting his boat.
