It is with deep sadness and a sense of loss that we report the passing of Wesley A. DeSilva, father of two former NJ CAR Chairmen, Joseph DeSilva (1988) and Rick DeSilva, Sr. (2006) and grandfather of Richard DeSilva, Jr., an NJ CAR Trustee for Bergen County. Rick DeSilva, Sr. is also President of NJCAR Services, Inc. Wesley is survived by his children, Richard DeSilva, Sr., of Mahwah, Joseph DeSilva of West Palm Beach, Florida and Donna DiTroia of Upper Saddle River, as well as seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
