Learn How To Save Money On Health Care Premiums & Ensure Compliance With ACA Reporting Requirements

Apr 03, 2015

April 22 In Saddle Brook; April 23 In Mount Laurel

NJ CAR will be hosting two FREE Health Benefits Seminars, Wednesday April 22, 2015 at The Saddle Brook Marriott (138 New Pehle Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663), and Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the office of Corporate Synergies in Mount Laurel (5000 Dearborn Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054). Both Seminars are scheduled for two-hours (9:30 AM until 11:30 AM), including time for questions and answers.

Each Seminar will discuss the results of the NJ CAR Health Benefits Survey conducted at the end of 2014, and how they might impact dealership decisions regarding the health benefit plans they offer. With more than 100 dealerships participating in the survey, representing a wide variety of dealership demographics (large and small; domestic and foreign; northern, central and southern New Jersey locations), the results provide a great baseline for future comparisons.

Topics discussed will include: Carrier Choice, Plan Types, Premiums, Employer and Employee Contributions, Co-Pays, Out-of-Pocket Expenses, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, High Deductible Health Plans, and much more.

The Seminars will also include a discussion about strategies to reduce health insurance premiums over time, as well as guidance regarding the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare reporting requirements.

These informative Seminars will feature Bruce Mazzarelli of Fotek Insurance Solutions, Ward Bauman of Corporate Synergies Group, LLC, Lou Young of The Mironov Group, and Kelli Personette of American Fidelity Assurance Company.

Space is limited, so please complete the attached Registration Form and return it to NJ CAR as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact Brian Hughes, NJ CAR Director of Communications at 609.883.5056, Ext. 315, or send an email to [email protected].
