NJ CAR Benefits Survey Deadline Extended Until October 30, 2015

Find Out How Your Benefits Plan(s) Compare(s)

NJ CAR and its partners have put together a shorter and simpler Dealership Benefits Survey this year, following our very successful Survey in 2014. In order to get the best results, we have extended the deadline for submissions until Friday, October 30, 2015.

All of the information requested should be readily available, and we have made the 2015 Survey easier and more streamlined. There are fewer questions, more multiple choice questions and, to minimize the transposing numbers, we are requesting that you submit the following items:

Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) or Plan Description for plan(s) offered.•Premiums for the plan(s) offered.•Contribution Schedules for the plan(s) offered.

This year’s Survey will look at health benefits AND ancillary benefits and the results will be broken up by dealership size and geography. The intent of this annual Survey is to provide members with usable data to assist in making insurance-related decisions.

If you haven’t already done so, NJ CAR encourages dealers to have their office manager or benefits broker take 10 MINUTES to complete the Survey and gather the accompanying items. They can either be faxed to 609.883.1093 (Attn: Brian Hughes), or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. The deadline to submit Surveys is OCTOBER 30, 2015.

The results of the Survey will be compiled by our third-party partners (Corporate Synergies Group, Fotek Insurance Solutions, a division of HUB International, The Mironov Group and American Fidelity) and all dealers who participate will receive a copy of the results in January 2016. Our partners are also willing to create an individual benchmarking of YOUR dealership’s specifics compared to the industry average, if you want to schedule an in-person meeting. If you have any questions regarding the Dealership Benefits Survey, please email Brian Hughes at [email protected] and he will forward your inquiry to the appropriate partner for a response.
