NJ CAR Hosts Webinar Regarding Employee Health Benefits Issues Important To Dealers

Health benefits are among the biggest expenses for new car dealers. NJ CAR has worked with its partners (Corporate Synergies Group, HUB International/Fotek Insurance Solutions, and WithumSmith+Brown) to conduct an annual health benefits survey to provide dealers with useful data to gauge how their benefits measure up against the rest of the New Jersey market and assist them in making informed health insurance decisions.

The Coalition also hosted a webinar that briefly covered the results of this year’s survey, but spent the majority of time focused on topics respondents said were most important:

• Creating a balanced benefits portfolio;
• Latest benefits, including financial wellness;
• The impact of wellness programs on plan costs;
• Role of technology; and
• Who is an ideal fit for self-insurance?
