NJ CAR staff has worked closely with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) to produce a comprehensive list of potential questions dealership employees may have about the newly-released Powers of Attorney and Odometer Disclosure Statement forms.
These FAQs are geared towards answering routine questions that may come up at a dealership. Keep in mind that these FAQs are a living, breathing document that will be amended, as necessary, to conform with any new policies or legislation.
