At the recent meeting of the NJ CAR Board of Trustees, six (6) long-term NJ CAR employees were recognized for reaching 20- and 25- and 35-year employment milestones with the Coalition.
Marilu Seise was hired as a part-timer in 1998 and converted to full time in 1999. She works in Title Services and specializes in central office transactions, such as Corrections and Special Plates. Marilu was recognized for 20 years of service to the Coalition.
Kaaron (Kay) Pruden has been with the NJ CAR Motor Vehicle agency from the beginning and just celebrated 25 years with NJ CAR. She is currently a DSP Processor and has seen many ups and downs within the industry over her two and a half decades at the Coalition.
Mary Lynn Edwards joined NJ CAR as a Motor Vehicle Processor back in 1994. A natural teacher, she uses her skills to train others on all aspects of the Motor Vehicle Operation and was promoted to Personnel Supervisor/ Technical Advisor in 2013.
Diana Kendall joined NJ CAR as a Dealer Agency Processor in 1994 and transitioned to the DSP environment in 2007. She is a great asset to Title Service, where she processes specialty transactions, corrections and Motor Vehicle paperwork from out-of-State dealerships.
Jenny Ward, who also celebrated her 25-year anniversary with NJ CAR, was barely out of her teens when she joined NJ CAR as a Receptionist in 1994. She worked her way up to a management position, ultimately running the NJ CAR Telecom Program.
Rich Trabilsy joined NJ CAR Services as a salesman in 1984 and was recognized for 35 years with the Coalition. He is consistently a top seller of business forms and automotive specialties and has developed great relationships with many NJ CAR dealer members.
