Health benefits are among the biggest expenses for franchised automotive retailers. For the past several years, NJ CAR has worked with its partners (Corporate Synergies Group, Fotek Insurance Solutions, a division of HUB International, and WithumSmith+Brown) to put together a simple Health Benefits survey that provides dealers with an excellent benchmark, as well as useable data to assist in making their health insurance decisions.
In order to make the analysis worthwhile, we need as many dealers to participate as possible. There are no materials that need to be submitted, but having the following items handy will help you (or your designee) complete the survey:
1. Medical Plan Design Form(s)
2. Current Health Benefits Bill
3. Last Health Benefits Renewal
4. Employee Payroll Contributions
Please have your Office Manager or Benefits Broker complete the brief Benefits Survey at the following website:

The deadline for submissions is November 12, 2021. The results of the survey will be compiled by our third-party partners and a report will be issued in February 2022.
