The two complimentary reports are:

It contains a clear analysis of employment trends, including national and regional data for 60 light vehicle and commercial-truck dealership career positions, as well as data on pay, benefits and turnover and more; and•Compensation, Benefits and Retention: How Your Dealership Compares. This is an individualized comparative report for each participating dealership.Participating dealerships will also receive access to the entire online Dealership Workforce Study Database and Search Tool, which includes more than 1.6 million payroll records from over 10,000 dealerships.
