The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is proud to provide an annual Dealership Workforce Study for franchised dealers to use to make informed decisions on employee compensation and benefits. NADA has listened to dealer feedback on earlier surveys and has made some adjustments to the 2019 survey, including some questions about variable operation pay plans.
Dealerships that complete the NADA 2019 Dealership Workforce Study survey by April 12, 2019, will receive.
