The Motor Vehicle Title Clerk Certification Program will be held each day from 8:30a.m. until 4p.m. (breakfast and lunch will be provided). The next class will be held March 19-21, 2014 at NJCAR Headquarters (856 River Road, Ewing, NJ 08628).
