Sue Sbarro, Director of NJ CAR Motor Vehicle Operations, was honored at the Coalition’s May15, 2013 Board of Trustees Meeting for her 20years of service to NJ CAR. Sue began her career at NJ CAR in 1993 as a part-time Collator at, what was then known as, the Super Dealer Agency. In 1996, she transferred from the Dealer Agency to the Online Operation, as DealerTrack (formerly GSS and triVIN) began installing the Online System in dealerships throughout the State. CVR was subsequently brought in as an additional Online Vendor. In 1998, Sue was promoted to Manager of NJ CAR’s Motor Vehicle Operation, managing a staff of 44, including the Dealer Services Provider, two Online Systems and the Title Services Operation. In addition, Sue edits the NJCAR Motor Vehicle Training & Reference Manual and is responsible for Title Clerk and general Motor Vehicle Training.
