Automotive News recently released its third annual list of the Best Dealerships To Work For in North America and three New Jersey dealerships are among the top 101 recognized. Please join NJ CAR in congratulating DCH Millburn Audi (Maplewood), Holman Infiniti (MapleShade) and Mini of Mount Laurel (Mount Laurel). The list identifies dealerships that excel in workplace satisfaction, talent retention and have excellent employment practices. The final ranking of the top dealerships will be revealed at a ceremony to be held October 15, 2014 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. On that day, Automotive News will also host a half-day conference, “Next Practices: Innovate, Motivate, Compensate,” featuring speakers from some of the top-ranked dealerships as well as experts in employee and customer satisfaction.Automotive News will publish a special section in its October 20, 2014 edition that includes summaries of the top 101 dealerships.
