December 14-15, 20162-Day F&I Manager Boot Camp
This 2-Day Boot Camp is structured for both seasoned F&I professionals and new hires. The Boot Camp will address integrity and profitability of F&I, as well as how compliance impacts F&I Sales. It will also focus on Menu Selling including: proper menu presentation, upsell of products and handling objections. Your manager will return to your dealership with result-orientated ideas to maximize F&I income for your dealership.
The Boot Camp costs $399 per person (NJ CAR Dealer Members) and will be held from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 14 and Thursday, December 15, 2016 at NJ CAR Headquarters (856 River Road, West Trenton, NJ 08628). A Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and all course materials are included in the registration fee.
December 16, 2016BDC Sales Workshop
The BDC Sales Workshop will turn your BDC around, invigorate your employees and double production. Learn what to say, how to say it, why say it that way, and most importantly, what the client hears. This technique training is also coupled with LIVE phone calls.
ATTENDEES WILL LEARN HOW TO:
?Handle inbound sales calls for both new and preowned cars. ?Navigate around sales call rebuttals and objections. ?Convert Internet leads into appointments that show. ?Control the direction of a call. ?Leave effective voicemail messages that get responses. ?Handle unsold showroom traffic and create more be-backs.
The Workshop costs $229 per person (NJ CAR Dealer Members) and will be held from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM on Friday, December 16, 2016 at the DoubleTree Hilton (700 Hope Road, Eatontown, NJ 07724). Lunch, refreshments and all course materials are included in the registration fee.
