New Jersey’s Used Car Lemon Law requires that new and used car retailers annually remit to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, an administrative fee of $.50 for every used vehicle retailed. Enclosed with this NewsLetter is a copy of the Administrative Fee Reporting Form. Payment can be made with a regular (non-certified) check, payable to: “New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.” Complete the attached reporting form and mail it (along with payment) to:
