What is NextGen?
NJ CAR NextGen, formed in 2015, is a professional development network for the future leaders of the Coalition. It’s vision is to provide forward-thinking men and women professional development and opportunities by encouraging networking, advocacy, education, and more to build a stronger auto retail industry going forward. If you work at a dealership and aim to be a future leader at your organization, regardless of title or age, you are welcome to join.
